What Is health coaching?
Health coaching is a service-based profession wherein a trained coach works in close partnership with a client over a period of time (usually a minimum of 90 days) to achieve the desired health outcome.
Doctors, dieticians, and other practitioners often don’t have the time or the skills to help their clients stay motivated and follow through to get lasting results. Without the right support and accountability, clients default to old habits, and the vicious cycle continues, or gets worse, with often disastrous results.
Your coach is a trained professional who is passionate about healthy living in every area of life and wants to help others make that commitment to healthy living, too.
Your coach is also someone who cultivates health and aliveness in others, helping them make the needed changes in their lives and step into the boldest version of themselves.
Coaching is not
These services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use them in place of any form of therapy.
Diagnosing medical conditions or mental health issues is for trained medical professions such as: Physicians, Therapists, etc.
Your coach is not: a Medical Professional, Nutritionist, or Therapist. Coaches don’t analyze, diagnose, or interpret.
Any career advice or business coaching is not a replacement for engaging the services of an Attorney or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from my Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
I understand that my Coach is not intending to act as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions. Under no circumstances can FL Gutz Coaching be held liable for any actions that I choose to take.
I understand that my results will depend on my own personal level of involvement and commitment with any coaching services I enroll in.
