That’s why you have the added support of your coach to encourage follow-through and squash any negative thinking that comes up. We can navigate obstacles together!

    Outside of the mental commitment, I like to be upfront. There’s a financial commitment for some courses, workshops, and 1:1 coaching programs, along with accounting for your time and energy. You’re actively working on something new, so make sure you’re really ready!
